
How to Set Up Your Email Account
You can configure your email on any email client (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail, Android Mail, Thunderbird, Spark, AquaMail, etc.) by following these steps.
Step 1 – Enter Your Email Address
Provide your full email address, for example:
[email protected]
Step 2 – Enter Server Settings
Use the following settings for Dedicated Mail Hosting servers:

Important: If your email client asks you to choose a protocol, select IMAP. This ensures your emails stay synced across devices.
Note: Server settings may vary depending on your hosting package.
Step 3 – Enter Your Password
Use the password associated with your email account.
Step 4 – Complete Setup
Once configured, your client should be able to send and receive emails.
Tip:
Many modern email clients can auto-detect server settings. Simply entering your email address and password may automatically configure your account.
